TUSCALOOSA — Alabama swept a double-header Sunday, defeating Florida International 12-2 in the first game and 7-0 in the closer. In the opener, second baseman Evan Bush, catcher Kody Valverde, DH Alex Avila and first baseman Spencer Pennington had two hits each and were a combined 8-for-16.
